Terms of use

Last updated 20 August 2026

JobXentral is free to use and early in its life. These terms say what you can expect from it, what it expects from you, and — importantly — what it does not promise.

What JobXentral is

A tool that helps you prepare job applications. You give it a job posting and your résumé; it estimates how well the two match, suggests changes, drafts a cover letter and builds interview questions. You review and edit everything, then apply on the employer's own site yourself.

What it does not promise

JobXentral does not promise you an interview, an offer, or any improvement in your response rate. Nobody honestly can. Any figure the product shows you — a match estimate, a gap analysis, a score during interview practice — is a coaching aid, not a prediction.

Your responsibility for what you send

Everything the AI writes goes out under your name. That makes reviewing it your job, not ours. In particular:

Fair use

The AI features cost real money to run, and the service is free and needs no account. To keep it available for everyone, usage is capped per visitor and in total. If you hit a cap you will be told so plainly and given the non-AI version of the result rather than an error.

Do not attempt to work around those caps, automate access, resell the output as a service, or use the product to generate misleading applications at volume.

Availability

This is a preview. Features may change or disappear, the AI may be unavailable, and your locally-stored work can be lost if you clear your browser data. There is no uptime commitment and no backup we can restore for you, because your work is stored in your browser and not on our servers — see the privacy page.

Cost

JobXentral is free while in preview. There is no subscription, no trial to start and nothing to cancel. If a paid tier is introduced, it will be announced before it exists, and using the free product will never retroactively bill you.

Third-party sites

The product links to job boards, employer sites and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms. Where a platform's rules forbid automation — LinkedIn is the notable one — JobXentral deliberately does not automate: it writes material for you to paste yourself.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, JobXentral is provided as-is, and we are not liable for outcomes of your job search, for decisions you make based on its output, or for work lost from your browser storage. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
